Laja Restaurante
Valle de Guadalupe Mexico, MAP
Laja Restaurante:
Laja Restaurant is in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe, just east of Ensenada Mexico. A gourmet restaurant offering an incredible prix fixe menu of four, six, or eight course meals. Reminiscent of the French Landry in Napa wine country. Laja is a treat for all the senses; mind, body and soul. Owner and Chef, Jair Téllez, who trained at Daniel, one of New York City’s top-rated French restaurants, before serving as chef at the Four Seasons hotel in Mexico City, continues to amaze his customers with his innovative world-class cuisine. Each dish is beautifully composed using only the freshest locally produced ingredients. Many of the vegetables & herbs used in the kitchen, come from the restaurant’s small garden. Laja carries wide variety of Mexican wines, which are stored in the restaurants underground temperature controlled cellar. Laja is a “destination restaurant,” a restaurant so good that people travel from afar just to dine there. A must for anyone wishing to experience excellent food, paired with some of the best Mexican wines, in a warm and romantic setting. The menu changes constantly, depending upon ingredient availability, so you will want to visit often.
